Privacy policy
What we collect, and who we share it with.
Goodsurance is the consumer brand of Audivox Inc., which does business as Goodsurance Insurance Services. We connect people with licensed insurance agents, and we generate and sell insurance leads: with your permission, we share and may sell the contact information you give us to licensed agents and insurance-related partners who can help you enroll. We are not a data broker. We do not sell standalone data lists. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share or sell it to, and the choices you have. Effective June 8, 2026.
- 01
Who we are.
This site and the Goodsurance brand are operated by Audivox Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as "Goodsurance Insurance Services." Where this policy says "Goodsurance," "we," "us," or "our," it means Audivox Inc.
Questions about this policy or your information: privacy@goodsurance.com.
- 02
What we collect.
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or county, and the answers you provide on our forms and eligibility checks (for example, whether you are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B).
Information you give a licensed agent on a call: to compare or apply for coverage, you may share details such as date of birth, Medicare ID, the medications you take, your doctors, and the household or income information a carrier requires. We treat health-related information you share for enrollment as confidential. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to licensed agents working on your request, and it is used only to compare and apply for coverage at your direction.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics and cookie data. Calls to and from us may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance.
- 03
How we use it.
To respond to you and connect you with a licensed insurance agent, whether one of our own agents or an agent or partner we work with.
To market, quote, and sell Medicare and other insurance products by phone, and, where you have given the required consent, by text message and email.
To operate, secure, and improve our websites, and to comply with legal, regulatory, and CMS requirements.
- 04
How we share and sell it.
We are a lead generator and lead seller. With your permission, we share and may sell or transfer the contact information and form responses you give us to licensed insurance agents, agencies, and insurance-related marketing partners who can help you with coverage. Sometimes we keep and work the lead with our own agents; other times we sell or transfer it to a partner. In every case the purpose is to connect you with someone who can sell or service an insurance policy.
We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, call-tracking, and communications providers, under contracts that limit their use of it.
We may disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of our business.
- 05
What we are not.
We are not a data broker. We do not sell standalone data lists, and we do not sell your information to parties unrelated to helping you with insurance.
Our services are for adults seeking insurance, primarily people eligible for or approaching Medicare. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
- 06
How we contact you (calls, texts, email).
If you call us or ask to be contacted, a licensed agent may call you about insurance. For Medicare, calls follow CMS rules, including a recorded Scope of Appointment that limits the conversation to the products you agree to discuss. If you end the call before that consent is captured, we will not call you about Medicare.
Text messages and email are sent only with your consent, which is captured during a call; your first message asks you to confirm (a double opt-in). These messages are transactional. For example, next steps from your conversation or enrollment-period reminders. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link to opt out of email. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- 07
Your choices and rights.
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time. See our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page, or email privacy@goodsurance.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise a right, email privacy@goodsurance.com; we will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires, and we will not discriminate against you for asking.
If you give us health-related information, you may ask to review or correct it, withdraw any authorization at any time, and file a complaint with us (privacy@goodsurance.com) or with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by CMS and state insurance regulators. Some signed Medicare records must be retained for several years.
