We build to WCAG 2.2 AA. We're not perfect, if you hit a barrier, tell us and we'll fix it.

    What we test.

    Keyboard navigation across every interactive element.

    Screen-reader compatibility (VoiceOver on iOS/macOS, NVDA on Windows).

    Color contrast, body text passes AAA (7:1) where possible, AA (4.5:1) everywhere else.

    Focus visibility on every interactive element.

    Known gaps.

    The Plan Finder map is a visual aid, every county is also reachable via a text list on the same page. If the map fails for you, the list is the canonical input.

    Some article tables are wide, they horizontally scroll on mobile rather than reflow. We are working on the reflow.

    Report a barrier.

    Email accessibility@goodsurance.com or call 1-888-301-8091 (TTY 711). Include the page URL and a description. We respond within one business day and aim to remediate in five.
