Goodsurance

Terms of Service

The rules for using this site.

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Audivox Inc. (doing business as "Goodsurance Insurance Services") that governs your use of our websites and your interactions with our licensed insurance agents. Please read them, including the arbitration clause in Section 8. Effective June 8, 2026.

  1. 01

Who we are, and what this is.

Goodsurance is the consumer brand of Audivox Inc., a Delaware corporation that does business as Goodsurance Insurance Services. We operate informational websites and connect consumers with licensed insurance agents to discuss and enroll in Medicare and other insurance products. We are a licensed insurance producer, and we also generate and sell insurance leads.

Content on our sites is general information, not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and is not an offer of insurance. Coverage requires a completed application and the insurer's approval. We do not offer every plan available in your area.

  2. 02

    Eligibility and acceptable use.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract to use the site, and you must use it lawfully.

Do not scrape or copy the site at scale, reverse engineer or interfere with it, overload it, misrepresent your identity, or use our content for a competing service.

  3. 03

    Consent to be contacted.

By giving us your phone number or asking to be contacted, you agree that Goodsurance and the licensed agents or partners we connect you with may call you about insurance. Consent for marketing calls, texts, and email is captured separately, typically by a recorded telephonic agreement, and our text and email programs use a confirmed (double) opt-in. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts; use the unsubscribe link in email). Standard message and data rates may apply.

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, share, and sell your information.

  4. 04

    No insurance advice; accuracy.

Plan details, premiums, and availability come from carriers and CMS and change over time. We work to keep figures current but do not warrant that everything is accurate or complete. Confirm specifics with a licensed agent or the carrier before you enroll.

  5. 05

    Intellectual property.

The site, its content, and our marks are owned by Audivox Inc. or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the site for your own use; all other rights are reserved.

  6. 06

    Third-party links and services.

Our sites may link to third parties, including Medicare.gov and carrier or partner sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

  7. 07

    Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audivox Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

  8. 08

    Arbitration and class-action waiver.

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved. You and Audivox Inc. agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.

You and Audivox Inc. waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action; disputes are resolved only on an individual basis. If many similar demands are filed, the parties agree they may be batched or coordinated for efficiency, with a small number of bellwether cases arbitrated first.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing privacy@goodsurance.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

  9. 09

    Governing law.

Except for the arbitration agreement above (which the Federal Arbitration Act governs), these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

  10. 10

Changes, and how to reach us.

We may update these Terms; the version posted here with the effective date below is the current one, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: privacy@goodsurance.com.
